Profesor: Good morning Ms. Sánchez.
Intérprete: Buenos días, Señora Sánchez
Papá del alumno: Muy buenos días.
Intérprete: Good morning.
Profesor: I have called you in today for a couple of reasons regarding your son.
Intérprete: Le he llamado para que venga hoy por algunas razones respecto a su hijo.
Papá del alumno: Sí, tengo unas preocupaciones también.
Intérprete: Yes, I have some concerns myself.
Profesor: Your son is an astute student and is performing really well in all his classes. His teachers speak highly of him. However, his teachers have also mentioned that lately, he has been distracting his peers.
Intérprete : Su hijo es un estudiante astuto y tiene éxito en sus clases. Sus profesores hablan muy bien de él. Sin embargo, sus profesores han mencionado que recientemente él ha estado distrayendo a sus compañeros de clase.
Papá del alumno: Sí, él trabaja muy duro y estudia mucho en casa. Me sorprende que él sea disruptivo en clase. ¿Me puede decir en qué forma ha distraído a sus compañeros?
Intérprete: Yes, he works very hard and studies a lot at home. It surprises me that he is being disruptive in class. Can you tell me in what way he is distracting his classmates?
Profesor: Because your son finishes his work so quickly, he sometimes distracts his friends who need more time to finish the assignments.
Intérprete: Porque su hijo termina su trabajo temprano, él a veces distrae a sus amigos quienes necesitan más tiempo para realizar sus trabajos.
Papá del alumno: No me había enterado de esto pero hablaré con él para que no distraiga más a sus compañeros.

Papá del alumno: Estoy un poco preocupado porque me dijo que algunos estudiantes lo están insultando?
Intérprete: I am a bit worried because he told me that some students are calling him names.
Profesor: I was unaware of this but I’ll inform his teachers about this.
Intérprete: No tenía conocimiento de esto, pero les informaré a sus maestros sobre esto.
